Mr. Daigle has 17 years of experience litigating complex construction cases. Mr. Daigle's current practice focuses on representing contractors and design professionals in complex construction cases. Mr. Daigle's practice also includes representing medical, design, and legal professionals in professional negligence claims, and representing both corporations and individuals in general negligence claims.
Mr. Daigle graduated from the University of Oregon in 1987, and the University of Oregon School of Law in 1994. Before entering private practice, Mr. Daigle clerked for the Hon. Frank Bearden, Multnomah County Circuit Court, and served as a prosecutor with the Washington County District Attorney's office from 1996 to 1999.
